These Terms of Service apply to your use of ghayur.co and to SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI search and related services provided by Muhammad Ghayur through RankTix (“I”, “me”). By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to these terms.

Use of this website

The content on this website is for general information only and is not professional advice for your specific situation. You may not copy, republish or use the content for commercial purposes without permission, or use the site in any way that is unlawful or could damage it.

Services and proposals

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any project are set out in a written proposal, agreement or Upwork contract. If anything in that document conflicts with these terms, the signed document takes priority.

Pricing and payment

• Prices on this website are in US dollars and are a guide. Your final price is confirmed in your proposal.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing period, unless agreed otherwise.
• Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. I may pause work on overdue accounts.
• If you hire me through Upwork, Upwork’s own terms and payment protection apply to that contract.

Cancellation

Monthly plans continue until cancelled. Unless your agreement says otherwise, either of us can cancel by giving written notice before the next billing period. Work already completed and paid for is not refundable.

No guaranteed rankings or AI mentions

Search engines and AI assistants are controlled by third parties and change constantly, and AI answers vary by person, prompt and day. I work to improve your visibility using proven, white-hat methods, but I cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue, or that any AI tool will mention or recommend your brand. Any results or figures shown on this website describe past client work and are not a promise of future results.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give me accurate information, timely feedback and the access needed to do the work (such as website, Search Console or analytics access). Delays in access or approvals may affect timelines and results. You are responsible for making sure that content and materials you provide do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Intellectual property

Once paid in full, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, such as content, reports and recommendations. I keep ownership of my own methods, templates, tools and know-how. I may mention that we worked together and describe the results in general terms, unless you ask me not to.

Confidentiality

I keep your confidential business information private and only share it with team members and service providers who need it to deliver your project.

Third-party tools and platforms

My work may involve third-party platforms such as Google, AI assistants, WordPress, Shopify and SEO tools. I am not responsible for their availability, policies or changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. My total liability for any claim relating to my services is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
